Greg previously recommended an orthotic he thought may help manage the foot pain I was experiencing in my mid foot. Having sourced them for me this appointment was to fit the orthotic. Early signs are that the orthotic is doing what it is meant to. Greg recommended I needed to get a new trainers to enable me to get a best fit from the orthotic and wear the orthotic indoors and out to gain best use from them.
